Just like what you've said you'll be wearing a pink dress, so I guess you should wear a pink, white or of natural color (as in just like your skin tone) underwear.

Why wear undies at all? I hate 'em! You aren't going to spot, so relax and spare yourself the lines. If you wear white clothing, wear nude color bra. Less to see. OH! I just...Do you need to tuck something? Use owie tape and baby powder.
