It doesn't hurt at all when I walk or do regular things, but I can't sprint or do other extreme exercises like that. It's been over four weeks, and the strain I feel behind my thigh is still there and doesn't seem to be improving. What should I do?

The muscle is more than likely still tight, especially if it's a really bad pull.

I pulled my quad after the last day of my H.S. Football hell week when all my muscles were tight and aching, I felt it for 2 months.

Stretching before you do anything will go great lengths as to helping it recover. If it's still bugging you, go see a doctor about it as it might be a small tear somewhere in there, but that's very, very, very unlikely as you're able to walk on it.

Cut your thigh.
