I have been on Zoladex twice to help treat my endometriosis and I found it to be very helpful.

The first time around I had a bit of bone pain and insisted on having a bit of hormone given back to me (small enough dosage that wouldn't interfere with the medication trying to help my endo but keep me from having any other things like hotflashes and such).

The second time I didn't get that bit of hormone back but I didn't have to worry about hotflashes. I did have a bit of pain at first for about a week or two because of the surge in hormones for a time which then settled down. I found it very helpful for my endo and would do it again for a 3rd time if I could.

It can take about a month or two for the periods to become regular again.

Please feel free to e-mail or IM me off site any time if you have other questions.
