every half hour when iam asleep,i wake up in a cold sweat,so bad that my sheets are soked,and when i finaly wake up,i feel that i havent rested properly,can any one help me stop this?

Have you tried a lighter duvet/ adjusting the room thermastat?
I had this for a while.
I think I was getting in bed when it was cold,
falling asleep heating the duvet up, and then waking
up sweating.

I've now changed the thermastat so that it turns off before I go
to bed, and changed for a slightly lighter duvet, and I don't
wake up no more.

Take sleeping pills that should stop you walking up . Especially if you take enough
