http://stellarium.org
The software is free and downloadable to run on your own PC and shows the night sky from any location at any time - stars, planets, etc. It's not actually a real-time telescopic view, however.

Such an on-line camera site would not be practical
because for about two thirds of the day the camera would
be useless due to the brilliant light rays from the Sun which would prevent seeing weak light sources such as distant stars and planets. The best views of distant stars and planets
occur between 10 PM and 4 AM when the sky is completely dark.
As yet there is no Web Cam facility looking out into space on the International Space Station or the Hubbel Telescope.
I doubt that any realistic system planner would care to give up the extensive radio bandwidth for such a camera anyhow.
Almost all high tech photos of space are digital in nature and
highly processed to remove noise and enhance the final image product.
NASA's Web Site does provide fairly frequent photos and occasional videos of current events on the ISS if you care to
check them out and see what our Astronauts are doing this week.
One final item to toss out there for consideration...Even if a camera were to be placed on the Web aimed at Space, think about where it might be aimed... At any given point in time there are 360 degrees of Azimuth to deal with (spin yourself completely around in a circle), and 180 degrees of elevation to choose from (the vertical angle from horizon to overhead to the other far horizon). Any camera, telescope and lens combination combination selected would only yield a tiny spot in the night sky... Who would be the one to determine what that spot might be on any given evening?

There are a number of online telescopes, but they are very expensive to operate, so you have to pay to access them. Here's an example:

I wish there was and if you find one please email me . The NASA website has the most beautiful images of space but I don't think they have a telescope on line.
