Possible. Suddenly kissing you on your cheeks in "that" way is definitely something. Try not to sound offensive when you tell him. You just have to tell him directly. For example, you say you have a girlfriend and lately she's been quite jealous and mad because of what "he" did so if he don't mind, would he stop doing that. Unless you actually enjoy doing so.
That's just an example for a way to say it so it won't hurt his feelings. Good luck!

Is he foreign? I know that in some countries it's appropriate or expected for males who are best friends to kiss each other.
On the other hand, er, I've never seen any of my male friends do that. Ever. I don't want to sound like a jerk, but it's not normal behavior... even between girls who are best friends, and girls are usually more touch-y... it really does sound like he has a crush on you.
Don't bring it up in a way that's accusatory or anything, just sit down with him and ask him why he does things like kiss you on the cheek, etc.
As a side note: You seeing him with women means nothing. I have had gay friends who dated women before they 'came out', and it's possible that he could also be bisexual.

Merely ask him what that kiss was for the next time he does this and also why he always does so whenever you are on your laptop. Tell him you appreciate his affection but that it is distracting. If he is as sweet and tender as you say he is, then you should be able to confide in him and discover his intentions. Good luck!

Sounds like you are also curious. Next time he is on the laptop, do the same to him and see what happens.

I think it's pretty safe for you to assume that he likes you..in "that" way. You don't really have to say anything..just return the affection, if you like it.

u must ask him about that woman.
and if he say that, she is only a friend, then just talk face to face, and directly say "i love u"
