It varies from women to women depending on what you looked like before and how the baby is in your belly.Unlike some people below, I'm sure you'll be a great mum and it is normal to worry about everything! I had a 'pot' belly for a while nd between weeks 20 and 25, it just popped out!!!
Enjoy and try to stop worrying, nature knows what it's doing

I had gotten very sick with the flu during one of my pregnancies and I threw up night and day for several days. I too was concerned, but the doctor said not to worry that the baby would live off my fat stores (and I wasn't fat). You'll probably be all right in the short term provided you stay hydrated. However, if you continue to throw up for a few days or more than you definitely should pay your doctor a visit or at least give him/her a call.

You should start showing with in the next couple of weeks. Since it sounds like this is your first pregnancy your muscle are all nice and tight. When your next pregnancy comes you will show much much sooner.

some people never look preganant, i knew a woman who looked skinner the more pregnant she got and all was well, healthy babay b4 during and after birth
every1s diff, fat belly is the stereotype, u don't need to be a stereotype

i didnt show till i was nealy 6 months no1 even new i was pregnaut then i jus got soooo big and he was 9lbs 3oz
