i have dd's and i want to be a full d, and i have my consultation on tuesday.

what i want to know is, when i tell them what size i wanna be, can i tell them to u know shape them so that there not saggy, or would that be like a whole other procedure.

like, can i tell them to make them look lifted, round and perky as if i were getting breast implants, or no?

Most PS's will give you a breast lift with the reduction. If he says it costs extra for the breast lift, GO TO ANOTHER PS! 99% of the time they will include a breast lift.

And, if you want it covered by insurance, they may have a minimum requirement needed to be approved. So they might want an amount out that will make you a C cup. You probably won't find that out until they tell the PS they have approved coverage.

Also, make sure you see at least two other PS's. You may end up going with your second or third consult (I ended up choosing my second PS consultation because I wasn't comfortable with my first one).

Check out the site below for some excellent information before your consult!

When you get a breast reduction, usually a breast lift is automatic. Definitely ask your doctor for it. I have had a breast reduction, but my doctor didn't give me the size I wanted. I was a DD, wanted a small C. I even told her right before surgery, I still have large D breasts. Make sure your doctor agrees to ALL your requests before you decide to have surgery with him/her. There is nothing worse than paying all that money and risking your life for something you didn't want.

They lift them as part of the procedure. It's quite nice! Like being 12 again! Or however old you were before yours got too big, I was 12 last I remembered being pleased, after that, it went down hill.

BR surgery's the greatest thing I ever had done for myself. Congrats to you on yours. Just wish I'd done it sooner before my back became messed up.

ok, your bad grammar aside, you can talk in detail about what you hope to accomplish from the surgery. and, my advice is that you should only go through with it if you're VERY comfortable with the doctor. there's plenty out there, so get a second opinion.

Any good surgeon does that as part of the procedure. They have to do most of it anyway, so they usually do try to make it look really good.
