while partially or temporarily cutting off the circulation to the genitals can be somewhat erotic, it should never be done to such an extent that everything turns purple. If that even starts to happen you need to immediately remove whatever is causing the restriction and get the blood flowing again pronto. If you cannot, then you and yoru genitals better make a speedy trip to the ER for treatment unless your goal is to kill your genitals and have them fall off.

you mean circulation? You want them to fall off? if the answer is NO, then you better go to the ER. ASAP [as soon as possible] NOW!
