Lately, the only bras I've seen for my size is in the little girl's section.
The problem is, I'm not a little girl, I'm a woman who is flat chested and needs bras that are made for flat chested women!
Are there any stores or online websites that caters to this size?
I live in Orange County, California btw.

Just look online and here are a few websites that are good,Look at Wal-Mart (they have been good lately about stocking smaller sizes,look on Ebay under New Bras ....And VS does have small size bras,look on the website....Good Luck

if your flat chested why would you need one?
try any department store...no stores like Victoria's secret.
There stores for women with actual breast.
