the internet light goes out on my bt home hub regulary wich means i lose my intrenet connection, i get it back usually after an hour or so, it appears to happen at the same time every evening anty body got any ideas??

Have you got a ADSL filter connected to the telephone point where your homehub is? They come free inside the BT package. If not, this can cause intermittent connection.

This is probably due to a faulty line or connection however my internet does it regularly (using the bt home hub) but then un-plugging the hub and re-connecting it fixes the problem.

oh BT hubs suck sorry but the do

log on to the router the IP is on the bottom as is the WEP key that you also need to change to a WPS key


anyway log on to the router and asign the DNS addresses

when you get a chance go buy a Netgear modem router x

Most of the time this is due to a faulty connection. If, this is the case then simply disconnect and then reconnect

I'd be talking to BT (I wish you luck though!) If the connection is dropping, its a fault with the line.
