Ignor the first answer. John Robert Powers is an overpriced "school" (scam). They are not agents and cannot get you work. Sorry to be so blunt, but I just HATE to see the ignorant steering the innocent toward a major financial loss. That's exactly what will happen if you fall for John Robert Powers' sales pitch. You'll waste thousands of dollars for nothing.

These are the Screen Actors Guild-franchised agents in Colorado:

Donna Baldwin Talent
2237 West 30th Avenue
Denver, CO 80211
(303) 561-1199

Mattas Talent Agency
1026 W. Colorado Avenue
Colorado Springs, CO 80904
(719) 577-4704

Voice Choice
9233 Park Meadows Drive, Suite 437
Littleton, CO 80124
(303) 756-9055

Send your headshots and resume to them directly. And it had better be a good resume. I'm sure the competition is stiff even in Colorado. Half the world seems to think they want to be an actor.

I'm a Denver native, and all I can think of is John Roberts Powers or something like that. I know they represent models and other talent from the Denver area. The one I went to with a friend (years ago might I add) was down in Aurora somewhere.
Try www.dexknows.com for Agents - Talent. Also check Westword and craigslist.org (but be CAREFUL, these are free publications, and loser try to exploit) to look for independent film makers if you just want to build a resume. There is CU in Boulder, and CSU in Greeley and UNC in Ft. Collins that have students that I am sure are film makers. As far as just acting check out the many dinner theaters (Arvada has a great one) and audition. Good Luck!

the only concern i can recommend is which you variety right into a seek engine "Who represents [call of actor]" or [call of Actor] Agent. it is going to quickly be obvious that have been used.
