lack of absence of knowledge regarding his prior marriage or absence of criminal intent .do you think this is valid reason for annulment toward my husband.or do i need more ground just to get the annulment.need idea pls?

his previous marriage is in canada and the second marriage is in philippines..nothing devorsed happen before his going to marry in philippines but he is not canadian he is from USA.

Yes you have grounds for annulment. Your husband intered into a marriage with you under fraudulant intent and as a matter of fact if you report this fraudulant marriage to the U.S. Embassy in Manila he may also be charged with a crime in the USA as well as in the Philippines

If you are in the Philippines and he is with you and you can prove he did not get a divorce in Canada go see the Police. Bigamy is illegal in most countries and is grounds for an automatic divorce and annullment. If you are in Canada and were married in the Philippines and the marriage was a legal marriage, that is one where he sent in the necessary paperwork to the Philippines government etc then it's also automatic grounds for a divorce in Canada. See a Lawyer though if you are living in Canada to see what the implications are for an annullment.

Annulment laws in the USA differ from state to state. Where is this marriage done?

To be honest, if he's in two marriages now in the USA he can be arrested.
