Can you believe it ?
Shahid Afridi, who is one of the most important members of this present Pak team has been left out of the test series.

Afridi also happens to be the senior most member in their team.

I know he's inconsistent but it's all about 'PRESENCE' . Isn't it ?

I mean, when you have a player of the caliber of Afridi , the opposition team is always on toes.

In test cricket, players like Afridi can change the situation of the game in just 'ONE SESSION'.

Now they have re-called Sami , who has a 'POOR' record against India.
I don't know which bowler will he replace. Tanvir has done well.
& Gul has been their best in last 3 months.

I think, the exclusion of Afridi from this young team isn't a good plan.

My personal opinion - India will not lose this test series.
The best result that i can see for Pakistan is a 1-1 draw.

But then again, this is cricket. Who knows? Pakistan may win 3-0.

Looking at the presence performances of both the teams, i am expecting India to win.

Folks, folks,

'AFRIDI IS A GEM''

I mean, i would love to have someone like him in my dream team.

Afridi was almost not-out in last match. The umpire was brave enough to give that lbw in our favour.

Shahid Afridi is an unbelievable players & as i have said, it's all about 'PRESENCE'.

Ok, don't pick him in the playing 11 but atleast don't send him back to Pakistan.

And make no mistake about it, Afridid isn't that bad. He is fearless batsman.

He can change the situation of a test match on Indian pitches in just 1 sesssion.

He is that 'DAMN GOOD'

They haven't shown confidence in him, that's a bad decision.

From India's pount of view, i am extrememly happy that Afridi has been dropped, lol

Folks, Afridi isn't that bad.

And don't forget, he's a good leg-spinner, a good fielder & someone who always keeps the energy level in Pakistan team.

It's a bad decision folks, Pakistan will pay.
India on top now

Yes.
A player who is also responsible for their only victory so far. They have failed to utilise him well.Though he has not done well as a bowler in ODIs,he will be useful from the second or third day onwards in a test.
If handled well he will also be a good batsman.

Shahid Afridi is a good exciting player but he is not such good player to play Test Cricket. He doesn't stay at the crease in 50 overs for a long time and Test Cricket is quite different game.

Misbah ul Haq is the right person to replace him is Test.

Afridi can play a crucial role even in the test matches... as he can also do a bowler's job ( not saying 'part-time')...He can turn the match on his own...& especially India would be relieved that he's not there in the tests...still remember those Sixes flurry against Bhajji.... Also he's an entertainer & test series will be somewhat boring without him,.from a fan's point of view.

Afridi is known as a hitter, he is good for ODI's & T20's only, & ive also noticed that he never stays more than 5 overs in crease, he tries to play the big shots always & gets out.
So its a good decision by the captain to replace Afridi in the Test series and take another good Test batsman in behalf of Afridi.

Hi,

Afridi is a good -player , Agreed!!! but is he worth a test place..No..simply becuase is temperament is not good..even in a 50 over match he throws his wicket away...

Remember how they lost the match against SA when Afridi played a stupid shot and threw his wicket away...

He needs to work on his temperament and has to inculcate Patience ..to deserve a Test Recall

Cheers

Though Afridi is a totally unpredictable player, he is potentially a match winner. I am surprised as to how Pakistan can drop a player of his calibre. What is more surprising that he has been dropped from today's match as well, which is hard to believe.

no it is not a wrong descision because afridi is more of a odi player than a test player. I agree with u that he is a gem of a player if he is playing in the odi he is gr8 batsman and a bowler in odi. but i think that he is not that good in tests.

is clever. Why could India or any group be forced, or criticized to refuse yet another usa desirous to host living house series of their usa. the country they are going to be enjoying against. It does make advertisement experience. Pakistan can host in Dubai in the event that they prefer to as time-honored or SL would enable them to host too. So India is going via each and every of the difficulty and yet Pakistan bag each and every of the dough? Pakistan will make proportionally plenty additional funds than India, as India has over 1000000000 inhabitants. India needs extremely some the pie which it won't if Pakistan are allowed to host, and India would be questioning Pakistan additionally will make extra funds internet hosting in India than in the event that they have been internet hosting in Pakistan itself. sure India can enable them to, yet while they do no longer prefer to its as much as them.
