AB:
y = - (2/6)x + 2
x + 3y = 6
x - 3y = - 12
2x = - 6
x = - 3
y = 3
C = (- 3, 3)
r^2 = 9 + 1 = 10

(x + 3)^2 + (y - 3)^2 = 10
