tablet pen help please ..?

the pen really works and all but it's always in "right-click" mode. so whenever i drag it across the desktop this square thing appears every time. and i can't even double click an icon neither drag it across the screen.
And whenever I use photoshop or any paint programs it writes automatically without the tip touching the tablet
does anyone know the solution to this problem? >__< please and thank you! :)

It sounds like you have a bad pen, but you might look at the setup for the pen and see what the choices are, because you can change the functions, at least on Wacom, and perhaps reinstall or install an updated driver.
