a certain gas at 101.325 kpa and 16deg C whoose volume is 2.83m^3 are compressed into a storage vessel of .31 m^3. Before admission, the storage vessel contained the gas at a pressure and temperature of 137.8kpa and 24degrees Celcius. After the admission, the pressure has increased to 1171.8 kpa.What should be the final temperature of the gas in the vessel in kelvin?

For a gas, P*V/T = constant (T in ºK)

P0*V0/T0 = P1*V1/T1

P0 = 137.8 kPa, V0 = 0.31 m^3 T1 = (24 + 273) ºK

P1 = 1171.8 kPa V1 = 0.31 m^3

T1 = P1*T0 / P0
