GLBT are fashion and taste leaders and creators, and they know how to have fun and enjoy life and each other. GLBT work hard, play hard, and make an awesome contribution to our society, and families, and the world. Without GLBT the whole civilized world would be completely dreary, and so thank God for GLBT!

Whilst I appreciate your 'support' what I think you have to careful of is patronising someone. Whilst I might fit into some or part of what you have just said, I might not as a whole. So does that somehow 'ungay' me? Make me less worthy of the praise because I don't fit the stereotype?
I'm not havng a go, as seriously I would welcome any positive comments about the LGBT community. However I do also think that some education in general of those who claim to be 'liberated' or 'tolerant' of LGBT peoples is worthwhile as well and that is that your sexuality does not necessarily mean you have to conform to stereotype or belong to some mythical group of peoples!

Thank you for the kind comment. Now excuse me while I go smack some people upside the head for looking a gift horse in the mouth.

Nice sentiment! I'd recommend that all LGBTs take this at face value, i.e. a sincere compliment without trying to read any sort of slight into it.

Personally as another straight male, I can say that I value my friends regardless of their sexual persuasion.

Saying that all gay men are 'fashion leaders' is like saying that all black people can dance or that all Asian men have small penises.

In thanking 'us' you really just come off as a condescending idiot.
