Discharge is your body's own way of cleaning itself. Think of the gina as a self cleaning oven. Yes, you still have to wash with soap, but a gentle rub with soap and water is all you need. And no douching. That takes away the good bacteria that fights the bad bacteria.

Sweety, you do not have to scrub down there for 10 solid minutes. I am surprised you haven't rubbed yourself completely raw. Your have natural bacteria in your vagina(could be the discharge you are seeing also)that naturally cleanse it. All you really need to use to clean the vaginal area is a washcloth, a mild soap and water. You do not want to use alot of perfumed soaps or douche alot as this will alter your normal Ph and affect the good bacteria and cause infections and odor. When cleansing your ******** remember LESS IS MORE! As far as your anal area....that could use a little more attention, but you do not have to scrub for 5 minutes. Lay off the heavy duty cleansing and do as I said and your vagina will heal and the odor will disappear. However, you do realize that having a slight odor is absolutely normal, right? Don't obsess about this, just stop scrubbing the skin off of yourself for goodness sake. :)

Quit scrubbing so much/so hard. The ******** is a very sensitive piece of equipment. Cleaning should be done on the OUTSIDE, gently, with MILD soap (think Summer's Eve) and NEVER, EVER scrubbed so hard/so long. I f you are getting a discharge, it is from the abuse you are subjecting yourself to. The chemistry inside is very delicate, and I suggest you go to the Doctor immediately! Mention the need to cleanse so much as well, you may need to have a psychiatric evaluation for the level of self loathing you are exhibiting. I don't know who told you the ******** needs such vigorus scrubbing (or that it was that dirty) but they were wrong! The Doctor has very simple inexpensive medicine that should help (quickly might I add).
P.S. Never ever clean the vajajay with the same area of washcloth or whatever as you clean your butt with, it causes nasty cross contamination. Always wipe from front to back when you use the bathroom.

that seriously sounds ocd or like you have some issue from the past where you feel like you have to scrub down there. that is not normal, not the same as a normal cleaning. if you have a stinky discharge, that is not normal, you should be going to get a culture done from the doctor. don't scrub anymore, just lightly wash, and not for 5 minutes. seriously, I really think you have an issue that you should probably think back and then deal with it

It sounds like you have some kind of infection. Possibly a yeast infection or an STD. I think it's time to see a gynecologist.
