Because sometimes it can be a personal best. When I get to a solid hundred points, I feel like my work here is done and I can get to sleep. It's a good way to pass the time and communicate with others. It's also a very good way of escaping the everyday life complexities, which are very unwelcomed at times.
I DO have a life--and sometimes that's the problem. Getting points is just a distraction. It's not my life or death. Right now it's helping to distract me from doing my dreaded paper for English Class! :-)

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black, this is from someone you said that women haven't ever done anything worthwhile in life, in science, the arts, music, you are amazingly short sighted, it not about points it's about being intelligent enough to make a contribution, something you clearly don't do.

it is nice to get to level six then you can ask and answer as many as you like and vote 100 times in 24 hours.
other then that people like to be top answer or best answer what section they answer questions on yahoo.
i am best answer in yahoo radio UK and it is nice to know that people use what i say.
if i was below level six with less points i would have limits on my account.
so points mean nothing to me now i am on level six
i think everyone should be unlimited answers on here
