What organizations are there to meet and rally around with people of your skill level?

Are there any websites where they can hook you up with ppl of your skill level and set you up at a court near your house just to play a couple games?? i live in NorCal

An organization that is good for finding leagues for each skill level is the USTA (United States Tennis Association). Their website is: http://www.USTA.com (if that doesn't work try .org)
