it is psychological, of course, but you don't need a shrink. What you need to do is organize your biological clock, so you'd wake up on time to go to work. You need to sleep earlier and cut down on coffee and cigarettes the night before work. Make sure you sleep for at least 8 hours in a comfortable bed and without light (keeping the light on will stimulate your brain to think it's still daylight.)
Keep this schedule and apply it daily .. It'll be about a week to 10 days for your biological clock to adjust correctly ...

It's just your body got used to wake up in a certain time so in your off days it wakes you up automatically. But waking up early makes you enjoy the whole day, you can take a nap in the middle of the day if you want.

hi ghanouge, well i think that u (este2laleyye) and u dont like to be (ma7koume) therefore, when its ur day off, u choose to wake up because u want so. but when u have work, u feel that its obligatory to wake up so u dont wake up just to do what u want to do. Its ok thats normal, u try to put a schedule and ask others to help u wake up early.

First of all, where were u???
Second, I have an explanation for that. It has to do with positive energy. Do u realize that it happens mostly in the fall & winter? Sunny days ( those are your days off) are full of positive energy for your body & mind. But cold, cloudy or rainy days (those are your work days) have negative energy.
Thirdly, what's a shrink??

On your days off you don't sleep at all & havn't a clue where you are or what you are doing very , very early....goes a long way to explaining why you struggle for the rest of the week huh....

that's just life!! it is like why do you get stuck behind a car doing 20 under the speed limit when you are in a hurry. ..
you just need to have a few kids and then you will realize ANY sleep is good sleep!
don't waste your money on a shrink..just keep talking to us...lol
