Both. But unfortunately a lot of men are not all that responsible when it comes to sex. So as a previous answerer said women are the last line of defense and it's up to them to insist on protection (for reasons of STD prevention as well as contraception) if the guy doesn't take responsibility.

Both!
If a man doesn't want to make a woman pregnant, he should use contraception, and vice versa!
Also, there's the big worry of STI's and STD's, so a condom should always be used, regardless of what other contraception is used!

This is a hot topic too be sure. I would have to say the woman because SHE must carry the child they create. If she does not want to get pregnant then she should not put out. If during the heat of the moment she wants to bang some dude she must still carry the baby so she decides what contraception is used.

Both are responsible for it, but the woman is the last line of defense. Conception happens in her body after all.

In fact both but more on female. Because for a man it is two minutes fun but for a female it is 32 weeks of testing and trying time. So whether a knife falls on a pumkin or pumkin falls on knife it the pumkin which will get the hurt.

the possibility is plenty greater beneficial for the female. maximum men, extraordinarily youthful men, particularly by no potential provide it a concept. If shall we someway press a magic button and make it the place the two events are sure by potential of regulation to an equivalent duty that is super (different than rape). a techniques too many men run off and go away a huge mess for others to handle. regrettably, those days, we see this techniques-set in women human beings additionally. there is not any such ingredient as "secure" or "secure" intercourse. in case you pick to have intercourse-and you get a ailment, or pregnant, or go through another ailment- its "your" fault by myself.

Both of course. And if a person needs to ask this, then they're not ready to do anything that would need a contraception.

The Man...
We want it...
You got it...
You make the rules...
It's OUR responsibility, because it is US that causes the whole darn thing to be set in motion...and we have such an excellent ability to seduce females...it kinda' overrides their sensibilities in that area...give us credit for being damn good at that...so...again...
It's the Man's responsibility...I've always considered it MY responsibility...who else's?
