1. whats a region of negative electrical charge?
["electron" ]
>>> if you are referring to an atom... hmm the question is quite vague... sorry... i don't really know which region of which you are referring to... but i guess if we are talking about atoms... the answer is "electron".

2. whats found in the nucleus of an atom?
>>> the nucleus of an atom has protons which are positively charged and neutrons which are neutrally charged...

3. what element has 3 energy shells with 6 in the las lvl?
>>>this question is not really clear to me because the last level could mean the last energy level as a whole or the last sublevel... so i included two answers...
(a) Argon (Ar) [argon's electronic configuration is 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6... this means that it has 3 energy levels because the last unit "3p6" of its electronic configuration has 3 as the first number... p means that its last sublevel is p...6 means that it has 6 electrons on its last sublevel... this is the answer if you mean 6 electrons on the last sublevel]
(b) Sulfur (S) [sulfur's electronic configuration is 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p4... this means that it has 3 energy levels because the last unit "3p4" of its electronic configuration has 3 as the first number... p means that its last sublevel is p...4 means that it has 4 electrons on its last sublevel... however the 3rd level has two sublevels... s and p... sulfur has 2 electrons on the 3s sublevel and 4 electrons on the 3p sublevel... so in the third energy level as a whole... it has six electrons... this is the answer if you mean 6 electrons on the last energy level as a whole s and p sublevels combined.]

4. what element has 6 neutrons in the nucleus?
>>>Carbon (carbon's atomic weight is 12 and its atomic number is 6 meaning it has 6 protons... atomic weight is the sum of protons and neutrons...so to get how many neutrons carbon has, we subtract the atomic number(6) from the atomic weight(12) "12-6=6")

5a. whats the symbol of Beryllium?
>>>Be

5b. What element has 81 neutrons?
>>>Barium (Ba) [its atomic weight is 137 and its atomic number is 56... number of neutrons=atomic weight(137) - atomic number(56); answer is 81]

6. what is found in energy levels?
>>> electrons are found in energy levels... the outermost energy level is the most active level and takes part in a chemical reaction...

7. whats the electrical charge of a proton?
>>> a proton has a positive (+) charge

8. what element has the symbol Li?
>>> Lithium

9. whats the symbol for Silicon?
>>> Si

10. whats the smallest particle of matter that may exist and still have properties of the matter?
>>>atom

11. whats the simplest atom?
>>>hydrogen (H) [since it has only one proton, one electron and one neutron]

12. whats mass divided by volume?
>>>DENSITY [how heavy is something compared to its size)

13. what contains protons and neutrons?
>>> atom's nucleus

14. what elements atomic mass equals 27?
>>>cobalt (Co)

15. what electrical charge is attracted to a positive charge?
>>>negative charge(-)

16. what element has an atomic mass of 119?
>>>Tin (Sn)

17. what element has 20 protons in the nucleus?
>>>Calcium (Ca)

18. what element has the symbol Hg?
>>>Mercury (Hg)

19. what is a positive particle found in an atom?
>>>protons

20. what element has 138 neutrons in its nucleus?
>>>Radium (Ra) [atomic number=88 atomic weight 226; atomic weight(226) - atomic number (88) = number of neutrons (138)]

ADDITIONAL INFO:

21. whats the symbol for Xenon?
>>>Xe

22. what element has 64 electrons?
>>>Gadolinium (Gd) [its atomic number is 64 so it has 64 protons... an atom has the same number of protons and electrons... so it has also 64 electrons]

23. whats the element with the symbol K?
>>>Potassium [potassium's latin name is Kalium that is why it has the symbol K]

24. what element has 8 protons and 8 neutron?
>>>Oxygen (O) [its atomic number is 8 and its atomic weight is 16 so it has 8 protons and 8 neutrons]

there... i hope i helped... i really like chemistry... good thing i remembered all these stuff from high school chem... haha... you may check them if they are correct before you do anything with them... although im quite sure of them anyway...

I think it's more along the line that they have too many Antiparticles running around in their heads. Particles such as antithought, antilove, antirationality, stuff like that. BB, Raji the Green Witch

These are very easily answered from a periodic table, the questions are not difficult. It sounds as if you want someone else to do a homework assignment for you. It is probably best if you do it yourself. If you do not understand how, then I suggest you ask your teacher for help.
