I searched for awhile, but couldn't find anything other than a statement claiming that he produced that "space disco beat" himself. Hope this helps.

he's speaking with regard to the paparazzi because of the fact they only caught him in a comprimising place or in spite of... he would not hate any race he merely saying he hates the clicking and the media... nazi's are patently very hated so he's making an attempt to magnify his emotions

It's apparently not based on any other song. It has additional vocals by Connie Mitchell but that's pretty much it.
