I know how to delete all internet history, if you like to erase only one. why don't you just delete them all first then start openning the websites you want to store...what you say?!
here goes, Go to tools, then click internet options. In general page at the bottom you can find "history" just tick on "clear history" whala, problem solved.

Why do you need to do this? Maybe someone is checking the history to see where you go when surfing?? If so be honest and just tell them what happened. If that is not the case then just dump the whole history.
