Crime and art. but if you put it on your own wall or some thing then it is an art. but if you go tagging like any were then it is a crime.

I have this fantasy that one of these little creeps gets caught and the public are allowed to go to their parents house and spray paint inside their home "Proud Parents of a Graffitti Artist" right across their living room wall and all around their car. Let's see if their parents think it's art when their property is destroyed!

it all depends on the way you look at it.
it can be an art. or it can be a crime. if a person judges the art as something not needed and shouldnt have been done then its a crime. if someone accpets the tagging it can be a form of free art

If you don't own the property you're 'tagging' then it's a crime. It's pretty basic.

i see tagging as a crime.
tagging on property that isn't yours is not right. if they want tagging to be considered an art, they should do it on their own propety.

I think it can be art, but still a crime. I've seen some pretty impressive graffiti.

Tagging is art, although it's pretty frustrating when people do it places that are supposed to be attractive to the eye, like the wall at our park that had a gorgeous mural on it. It's so hard to master though.
