Past incarnations cannot be proven that I'm aware of. They can only be known.

I know this because I know three of my past lifes:

(1) I saw myself in a transcendent vision, as a what I guess you would call a caveman: I was dressed in what looked like some kind of hide, a dried skin of a bear, buffalo or what have you. From my countenance, one could only surmise that I had a very low I.Q. Looked really dumb. But I know that it was me. How? I can only say that it was a genuinely intuitive feeling. I just knew.

(2) Again, during transcendent meditation, I had the vision of a woman dressed in taffata, many shades of brown or tan. She looked like she was a courtesan in a ballroom - couples were swirlling about all around her - in an 18th-19th century setting. She had long blonde curlets, and seemed very sad, while faking a happy go lucky demeanor. How do I know? Again, just an undeniably intutitive feeling of certainty.

(3) I looked like an Indian brave, and saw myself plodding thru the snow in a woodland scene, with blood dripping from under my left arm I think it was. My gait became slower and slower, and I finally lost consciousness; and presumbably froze to death in the snow. How do I know? Same reason as before.

So it's my contention, that certain things can be known, even though they can't be proven.

academic thinkers put forward theories to explain certain phenomenons...the scientists try to prove or disprove the theories....previous birth phenomenon probably belongs to category of proofs which can only be found by individuals after they die!...eg spiritual theories etc?
