Also, did you like how 48 hours portrayed him as a "good guy" tonight? It seems like the media trying to keep from saying he is a bad guy for some reason.

Jon Mac there was evidence against the Ramseys. They couldn't rule out Patsy as the writer to the letter. John Ramsey had a cut on his hand. THere was evidence of previous sexual assalt weeks prior. The Ramseys dressed their daugher up in raunchy clothes. There was evidence that there wan't an intruder. The intruder theory was never proven therefore the murderer was inside the house to begin with. Jonbenet was never smiling in her pagent photos. John Ramsey would not talk to police.

I didn't watch that. Instead, I was watching the case of the McCanns, the British couple who's 4 year old daughter was supposedly 'abducted' from their holiday apartment in May, this year, in Portugal. (Another TV program tonight).
The Ramseys were brought into this program, as were other American parents of mysterious disappearances of their offspring.
Some cases were solved, and some were not.
All I can ascertain is that, when the parents make huge financial gains from talking to the world about it, they are most likely guilty of that disappearnce of their supposed loved ones.
I can just imagine the dialogue between that couple who's child disappeared: Shall we, or shall we not gain from this event?
If you are guilty of wrongdoing: you do.
If you were in no way party to the child's disappearance, you don't, and you wait for the inevitable truth to prevail, how ever long that takes.
My personal guess is that both the Ramseys and the McCanns are a similar case. They both gained financially.
An accident happened, and they started to cover it up, and from there onwards, they could not go back. Lie after lie, control and manipulation of the pillars of society to help them out; that became their only goal......until one of them succumbed to the weight over their conscience, and that stress led to sickness and death.
I believe this is also what will befall the McCanns.

60 Minutes doesn't pay people for interviews. It may have been a tabloid that paid him, but not 60 Minutes.

Since there zero evidence against him, they should treat him like a "good guy", right
