Because other people are constantly discouraging it and it gets difficult to live life that way. That doesn't matter though, everyone should still be themselves.

Those that act like that. Don't want anyone to know who they REALLY are. So they put up a front. They usually have hidden fears and secrets. That they don't want anyone to know.
