some times I feel scared. Often its irrational but i still cant get over it

Yes.
The rational brain is not as strong as the irrational brain.
Training and exercises will help. Living with fear, well, it's like having an uninvited friend who just drops in without calling. While they are there, they tell you all you have done wrong in your life. They start with the 'whys', then move to the 'you should haves', and get into the 'what if you had of's',
finishing off with the ' What if this happens now'?
You know you want to scream and tell them to get the heck out, but every day they just drop by, and you sit there and let it
happen, again and again.

yes i do and it is often and most times for no good reason and it is perfectly normal because if you are not scared then you have nothing to worry about and that means you are perfect and no one is perfect
