Well, this is a strange sounding problem, but does anyone else like to eat paper? I don't know why, but for some reason, I've always liked eating paper. It's not so much because of taste, but it's like an occasional habit I like doing. Anyone else do the same thing?

Lol, I eat the apple, core and all, as well. Actually, I chew it alittle and swallow. I've done it in elementary school, as well. Not really a problem, just a strange habit. I wonder if it has any lasting medical or digestive effects *chews on a piece of nearby envelope*...........

Believe it or not, when I was in the 2nd grade I used to chew on the corners of my text books until they were rounded . It made the teacher really upset and my mom too, because she had to pay for the book I ate!
Perhaps it was because I took everything at a literal standpoint and so when someone would say, "eat my words" I did. I also chewed on my note book paper.

I like to roll the paper ( enclosing a straw) into a ball and chew it up. Have always done this and not given it a second thought. I chew straws too.

I use to get introuble by my elementry teacher by doing it, I will always chew on paper, and yes is not because of the taste but there is something that makes you addicted in away.I wonder what they put in it.

I don't enjoy eating papers rather I enjoy chewing them without swallowing... ^_^
Papers are good for me when I don't have anything crunchy to bite on like potato chips... LOL!

weird. when i was a kid i used to eat sweets with the paper wrapper still on them. and i cried when the postal service stopped putting the glue on the back of stamps, and turned them into stickers. i guess i'll just have to make do with envelopes instead.... *sob*

I heard from somewhere that it's not good to eat paper because it doesn't digest. So the paper just stays in your body forever. If you keep eating it, you get really sick. And you are also eating bleach when u eat paper.
Did u just wake up one day and decide, "Hey, I'm gonna eat paper today?"

I do! I don't know why but I once chewed on a book when I was in 3rd grade. My friends say its stupid. ITS FLAVORFUL YET FUN TO EAT!!!! :D
