well, hacksaw's HOOOOOO can be used against people in a funny way, like when he called Lita a HOOOOOO. Flair just uses WOOOOOO and a taunt. Either way, the WOOOOO gets all the signs and it comes from the better man. i say WOOOOO beats HOOOOOO.

I would say "WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" because you still hear people saying it even now, and when you would see Ric Flair wrestle it would sound like a million bird calls in the arena because everyone would be saying "wooooo WOOOOO" and there would be signs everywhere with it, too. Always was, always will be fairly popular. "Hoooo" can be funny though and utilized in more ways...
