My sister is due with twins in a month. What are your opinions on these names.

They are so cute. I love the name Lauren Karley, it flows wonderfully. I also love the name Mackenzie Noelle. Mostly because it flows well and is a very cute name. But also because Mackenzie is my middle name. I think that she should keep these names and not change them at all. Tell her congrats!!!

I love Karley, Mackenzie, and Noelle all Individually. I think Lauren is old. The person that said Mackenzie doesn't work for a girl is crazy. It is a great girl name. Them old time rules of Mc or Mac means "the son of" are out the window these days. Unique is in. using boy names or boy meaning names for girls is fun and interesting.
what about giving them a in common name one for the first name and the other as the middle name
for example name one
Karley Noelle
and the other
Noelle Mackenzie
or vise versa
Noelle Karley and
Mackenzie Noelle
they are twins she can have lots of fun with the twin thing in names
Your sister is doubly blessed. I was actually hoping for twins when I had my daughter I named her Jordan Alana

Lauren Carly and Noelle MacKenzie would be much better. Mackenzie isn't a good name for a girl. The prefix "mac" or "mc" means "son of". Noelle is a good name and fits with Lauren.

Lauren is a sophisticated name while Karley sounds like someone from Oklahoma. How about Lauren Simone? Mackenzie Noelle is ok.

i like them they will help make the twins individuals by not having similar names (which at times can be cute but at times annoying when you yell them and they get confused)
