Did you hear about the guy that shot 2 of 3 intruders, and now people are crying racism?

So, I posted this question last night, and the Yahoo Nazis took it down for some reason unbeknownst to me (especially since the story was on Yahoo news). Three black dudes break and enter a white family's home, beat their kid into permanent brain damage with a baseball bat. The home owner shoots two of the three perps dead, and the third lives. Now the "black community" is up in arms because they are charging the surviving perp with the murder of his loser cohorts. They claim racism is the motivation to charge the lucky bastard that didn't get a well-deserved slug in his head. He was in on the plan, knew he was a criminal, and perpetuated the justifiable shootings of his accomplices. Is he responsible for their deaths? I say yes. Either way, the other two got what they deserved...so he should be counting his lucky stars, if all he has to do is take broom handle molesting a few times.

So, maybe his son was a drug dealer? They obviously didn't come prepared to pay, other than in the form of a baseball bat. The lucky bastard should be thankful he didn't buy the farm with his two worthless, drug-addicted, criminal, and justifiably dead accomplices. I hope he gets enough broom handles up his *** in prison, to wish he'd only been shot in the back for his crimes. What a cowardly loser.

A friend who is a deputy sheriff in California tells me that if someone comes into your home to commit a crime, you don't have to warn him or back down, just shoot for the center of the chest. Within a home, the resident has the right to use deadly force against an intruder, even an unarmed intruder.

Thats what people do these days. They can't argue the merits of a topic, so they bring up all sorts of other irrelevant topics to try and cloud the issue. Like the illegal alien debate. If you say you are pro strict border enforcement, you are immediately called a racist, simply to try and shut people up. Then people are afraid to speak up for fear of being called a racist.

Most states have laws that if someone dies during the commission of a felony, all involved get charged with murder. The "black community" can ***** and moan all they want, but the law is they law. If only they complained half as much about all the black on black crime, the out of wedlock births, the abysmal HS graduation rates etc etc maybe they wouldn't have half the problems they have.

The real question is, think the third perp will do this again? Doubt it!
If more homeowners had guns and this happened more often, I think the animals would get the message. An unarmed person is nothing but a victim.

This homeowner didn't make these animals come into his home. They did it of their own free will. Now two are dead and the other will rot in prison. Boo hoo hoo.

Yes. I cannot believe it when the race card is played to save such scum. The three used a baseball bat to the guys son. That had the potential of being a murder as well. Don't people realize that when someone dies as a result of criminal action on their part that they will be charged with murder and be prosecuted regardless of their race?

Yeah, I saw that briefly on CNN... the son was beaten so badly that he will be a vegetable the rest of his life... multiple skull fractures from a baseball bat. Still they fault the father for shooting these people.
For the life of me, I can't see why he didn't blow the head off the other sorry SOB. This was a rural area about 150 miles north of San Francisco.

this case is crap......hiding behind racism to conceal murder charges, he deserves to die because of his crimes.
