it is a temp file. i was needed to copy files over to somewhere else.

Delete all of your temporary internet files and your temp. folder files-

That file being present means you need to do a full scan using your anti-virus program and this program to follow it up:

Download it, install it and Update it before scanning-
superantispyware
http://www.superantispyware.com

If nothing is detected...run one or two online scans to get reassured.

When searched, this file (WRL3495.tmp) shows as a backdoor trojan/rootkit type infection...

Run scans and see how you come out...
