Some good info so far but Chilton and Haynes don't make a 3000GT manual as far as I can tell. Is there any (hardcopy) manual available - I like to work on the car with the manual there.

Yes, eBay, a library, and online will work. But what if you need some questions asked immediately?
A parts store (Advanced Auto, O'Reilly's, Bumper-to-Bumper, NAPA, etc.) will be able to answer your questions right away, as well as supply you with a car manual. A 1995 Dodge Stealth can have the same engine as your 1995 3000GT (depending on trim level of course).
And, while you're at the parts store picking up the car manual, you can look everything else that you might want.

Or try local parts stores...they usually carry Chilton or Haynes manuals....not as detailed as factory ones though.

Go to your local library and access Alldata online Library edition. It is free to use from the library and is full of car fixing goodness.
