Yes when I make a promise I keep them or I don't make promises that I know I can't keep.

always if you make a promise and do not keep it then that shows you are not trustworthy and then people will think you are a liar and it will all be bad from there so to answer your question yes i always do keep my promise.

and if I have any doubts I won't promise but I make sure to let them know.
I don't like broken promises......I can remember vividly all the promises that people have made me and broke them, they still hurt

Me and my 12 year old do!!!!!! Thats a rule. Don't break a promise. If your not gonna keep it don't promise it!!!!!

If I say that I'm gonna call someone back in the next few minutes, I don't usually make that time. Im forgetful, and I always feel bad, but I do get back to them eventually.
If it's something like keeping a secret, or doing something really important, I always do it.
