It depends on if this is new construction or it you are adding on to an extisting room. Very little time for an experieced electrician to put this in if its new, but if its an existing room already drywalled then you can expect a lot for labor involved trying to get through walls and ceilings. A guy who works on the side will probably charge $35 an hour. I know of guys who charge about $4 -$5 a sq. ft. for new construction and that includes the material. Not knowing the size of the room, the outlets, boxes, will run about $5, the wire you can expect to pay maybe $3.50 a foot in boxes of 25'. 50', or 100'. I'd also use 12/2 wire, but that's just my preferance.

Depends. I looked at Lowe's and 100' of 14-2 indoor wire is $36. This actually have three wires. 25' of the same $14. Not sure how many feet you need. I would probably buy 100' and keep the extra back for other things in the future.
I going to guess labor, maybe $100?

Without meaning to offend you, might I ask why you ask the questions you do? I've followed every one, and responded to some, and I'm as curious as I am confused about your intent?

Actually and again with no offense; your questions are often with vague details, and subject to being asked questions back?

You usually state "Without labor" yet seem to discount that even as a DIY someones LABOR is worth something.

I'd enjoy a response, in my curiosity.

Don't take guesses on the price for labor. The lowest per hour rate that I have seen lately in my area is $85 per hour.
