Take Karo syrup (corn syrup) and mix it with red food dye and some water to make the fake blood. Place in little plastic baggies and put snuggly under the bandages. Have your actors palm needles or something and discretely poke holes into the baggies through the bandages to cause the "blood" to slowly seep out. You'll need the "blood" to be runnier than the kind you would use normally because the bandages will be sopping up the moisture.

Great blood is thick syrup and food dye. The powdered red dye works best without staining the skin. But you can buy fake blood at a costume shop but it's expensive
