i play like the 2nd fret at the top, all my chords.

also i cant reach alot of the chords. like i can reach all the basics, but my fingers are to small for the others, after awhile whill they start to strech. and how can i make them strech? excercises?

thanks!

It sounds like you don't play any Barre chords, those are the chords you are probably thinking about. Power chords are also played up and down the neck. The acoustic player in my band knows only the basic chords and won't learn the barre chords that make chord changes so much easier.

Learning your Barre chords will enable you to make chord changes a lot faster. Barre chords are also grouped up and down the guitar in progressions that go together ie...GCD, ADE, FBbC etc... Power Chords resemble Barre chords you just play fewer strings.

your best bet is to just go to google and type in guitar chord charts and find the ones you like. thats the best i can say to do.
