Yeah It was As I Lay Dying - Shadows Are Security.
I sleep with two pillows, open window(only when it's cold), and screamo music in the background.

Yes I did it. I think I still sleep well because I'm not the one in the industry and I don't feel the pain but let say, if I were in the industry, I wouldn't sleep well.
