I was using a mechanical lead pencil once and the lead got under my eyelid and scratch my eye like crazy. Everything was red and puffy.... I had to go to the hospital and they flip my eyelid over to get it out. I had to use this antibiotic ointment on my EYE for a week.

A small flying insect, like a gnat. I was biking, and I couldn't get it out for about half an hour until I got to a bathroom with a mirror! And it was still alive... >_<

Gnat...very painful. But my brother stepped on a blue plastic spoon from DQ when he was little and a piece of it snapped off in his eye...ouch. He had to go to the ER to have it removed.
