You have three equations in three unknowns.

A + B = 23
B + C = 33
A + C = 30
_______

Subtract the first equation from the second.

C - A = 10
C = A + 10

Substitute this into the third equation.

A + C = 30
A + (A + 10) = 30
2A = 20
A = 10

But

C = A + 10 = 10 + 10 = 20

Now solve for B from the first equation.

A + B = 23
10 + B = 23
B = 13

So
A = 10
B = 13
C = 20

And

A + B + C = 10 + 13 + 20 = 43

A = 10

B = 13

C = 20

10 + 13 + 20 = 43

Hope this helps! :D
