Good question!

The only best way is to use your imagination or let somebody describe things. Form images in your mind for art is uniquely ruled by imagination. This is the easiest way to picture things that are yet unseen. Remember imagination precedes thought then nothing more.

Thanks for asking. Have a great day!

Don't know, I usually prefer that things "unseen" remain that way. Nobody has ever seen George Bush's brain, but I suppose a Scanning Tunnelling Microscope would suffice!

I wonder about some people. Imagine a book like "Learn to Communicate with Spirits in 10 Easy Lessons." Who'd want to talk to the dead? I have enough problems with the living! If there are any Ghosts walking about my place "unseen", I'd rather that they remain "unseen" and "unheard".

Or is this a type of Zen koan, like "What is the sound of one hand clapping?"

Perhaps Lewis Carrol in the book Through the Looking Glass provided the answer. The King ask's Alice "Who do you see coming down yonder road?"
Alice replied "Oh, I see Nobody!"
The King smiled "Oh what eyes you have, to see Nobody at that distance!"

Ask Alice Pleasance Lydell, she'll know!

The tree which moves some to tears of joy is in the eyes of others only a
green thing that stands in the way. Some see Nature all ridicule and
deformity, and some scarce see Nature at all. But to the eyes of the
man of imagination, Nature is Imagination itself.

My answer to this question would be imagination, which made me think of this quote (i love it) so thought i'd share.

Words, smells, touch and then use imagination as glue to put all those together into a picture!

My answer is the same as yours, Mandy...is it a coincidence that
my name is also Mandy, or I usually go by Amanda or Manda...believe it or not, I've seen the spirits of some of my deceased relatives and friends, including my son who passed away at 20, my mother, my grandfather on my father's side, both my mother and father-in-law and a friend who I grew up with, who died in a basement fire. It can also be called a sixth sense or psychic vision which a lot of scientists don't believe in, [because they only believe in the 5 senses], but once you've experienced it, you can't deny the actuality of it, and only others who have experienced this for themselves would know this to be true...

Sight is only one of our senses. The other four (or five) will show you more of what your eyes cannot take in and hold. We don't give our other senses as much credit as we do sight. You can see that something is soft, but once you touch it, you have the evidence and you no longer remember how soft the thing looked, you remember how soft it felt.

Man, that is the BEST way to see something new.
Not knowing what to expect, using an open mind and your imagination.
Imagining and expecting the best but being prepared for anything less.
The ONLY way to view anything!

you don't view... you perceive some other way! Science does that all the time. We can tell there are planets in distant stars without seeing the planet. We can understand things we know are there without seeing it using mathematics. The mind works with mathematics. Logic based on multiple angles by multiple senses... Other senses are as unreliable as sight if used by themselves without adjusting with our minds based on the weight of all available information!!!
