Who is the strongest fictional character ever?

Question

If you placed every fictional character ever imagined into a giant arena, and everyone was compelled to fight to their deaths, who would be the last man standing?

Neo? A Super Saiyan? Peter Petrelli? Superman?

Or would there be a handful of immortal characters who would fight for eternity, and nobody would actually win? - In which case - Who would be left standing?

Well if we're talking about characters who can see the future, the past, every possible outcome and someone who can alter those events pretty much at will while also being able to be pretty much unbeatable I'd suggest the Doctor from Doctor Who. Firstly, nobody knows how old he is, so he could, by my estimate, be some 4000 years old. Second, he can see the past, the future and every possible outcome, so that's going for the omnipresence. Then he doesn't die, but regenerates into another person. Also he once burned up an entire sun just to say goodbye and he managed to restart the entire universe, vanquish incredibly powerful enemies and got the neat title of the Oncoming Storm for blowing up an entire sector of space and time locking it during the Time War. Well, he saved his home planet, but still, giant feat. And if the Doctor isn't powerful enough for you then I'd suggest Bad Wolf, aka Rose Tyler after soaking up the time vortex and becoming a being that can destroy and restore life, see past, future and the outcomes. I'd say that's the closest you'll get to a god-like character. Only problem with Bad Wolf is that Rose couldn't maintain that form for much longer than 5 minutes, but you see my point, right?
