I'm not from the area, but I've got trucks and drivers. I'd look up anything in the yellow pages under "delivery services" or perhaps "freight forwarding" first thing Monday morning and start calling. If you don't find work, at least you might get a lead - start networking. Work up a good sales pitch. Be ready to answer questions like your straight rates, overtime, insurance, payload, load/unload options, liftgate availability, tie down (D-rings, E-track), padding, straps, your experience, your service times and days, references, delivery area, etc.

post ads on craigs list to start it is free
and then go to chat rooms and post this as many times as you can
get a bubble wrap company to pay for advertising on your tgruck to supplement your income
contract ups and the other carriers it is Christmas season and they will contract you
