How can someone begin a career in acting?
I'd love to act, but I'm also quite scarred of not being able to afford necessities. Would it be possible to act, and study law at the same time? (Possible. I know it would be hard, but I'm a determined, commited girl!)
Thanks.

Well, if you do not want to live without luxuries and you do not want to have to worry about paying the rent and where the next job is going to come from, don't try to be an actor. You will never be able to study law and acting at the same time. Both are too hard. You don't need to go to school to be an actor, you need to get experience in plays and non union films, take some carefully selelcted classes and build a strong resume and then try to get an agent.
