Should fit...just check the specs carefully of the case.

I going to say it will. I thinking eATX are more server boards and basically use an ATX configuration for the screw mounts.
But, I would hate to make a promise. I would ask whoever you getting the MOBO or Case from.

(Extended ATX) An ATX motherboard with an extended length of 13" instead of 9.6".
From this we can assume the eATX case have the room for the ATX to fit. The width should work, so, you know there six screws that should fit and the bottom/top three may not reach, depending how you place the board. So, you can make some screw holes "IF" it not already have or just fix something to help support the board. Odds are it will have the screw mounts already for an ATX board.
