That sometimes people have several Y!A accounts and give themselves Best Answer and a thumbs up everytime they can?

No I honestly do not do this.. but I guess you would have no way of knowing if I did though... Well, I just thought of it b/c of so many random thumbs down I was getting at strange times... such as when no other person had even attempted to answer the question... that's where the thought came from. Anyway, have a great night/day!

It is so true, it is so easy to make a bunch of accounts, but I imagine it would be hard to keep track of them, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they could.

I have two accounts, but that's because I can't give enough answers in one account even though I'm level two on one account and one on the other. I do think that some people use it to give themselves best answers etc...
AND IT'S SO STUPID!!! =]

Yes, I do suspect that there are actually people who do that.
I've actually seen a profile where I could tell that one of the person's friends was just another account.

Not only that, but what about conspiracy's where people agree to ask questions and give each other Best Answer ratings!

I sometimes get that feeling. but I sometimes get the feeling that they only answer their contact's questions so they can in turn give them the Best Answer. But whatever, who cares, as long as people answer my question and I answer theirs, it's all good.
